To specify custom appearance for text link on your website please select text and click "Create Link" button on the "Pages" tab of the toolbar or right click on selected text and select "Create Hyperlink" or "Modify Hyperlink" to change the appearance of existing hyperlinks. The "Link Properties" dialog will appear. Select the "Styles" tab. To set link's color uncheck the "Use Default Link Appearance" box and set the link color by clicking on corresponding color box, also choose whether the link is underlined or not. You can set the same properties for link mouse over effects, check "Change on mouse over" box and set the options you desire.
