The “Mouseover” allows the link to change in appearance when the user moves the mouse over it. To specify custom appearance for mouseover state, create or modify a link and in the "Link Properties" screen, select the "Styles" tab. To set the “mouseover” color check the "Change on mouseover" box and set the link color by clicking on corresponding color box. You can also select whether you want your link to be underlined.
