Q: How do I change my login and password?
To change your Admin Panel access details, please, follow the steps below.

-    Log in to your Admin Panel using your Login and password

Q: What are "the Keys" mean in front of the if I go to Advanced Content Editing -> Infoboxes Preferences.

Turnkey’s Admin Panel allows you to create as many users for your website as you want. They may create, edit or update any information on the site. “Keys” mean that only Administrator can work on the Infobox. You as an Administrator have all the rights to allow or prohibit the access to some information.

Q: What is Advanced content Editing button for?
“Advanced Content Editing” - You may use this section for more sophisticated and organized changes for your site.
To get a short description of each of the blocks placed here, please, follow the way:

Static Content
Admin Panel-> Advanced content editing-> Content-> Static Content

-    Company name - change the name displayed on the main page of your site
-    Contact form - you may change the configuration, names of the fields or add more fields
-    Copyright-  change the copyright for your site (text is placed on the very bottom of your site)
-    Site Menu - allows you to change the names of the Menu buttons or switch them from Main menu to sub-positions (Better to edit in Edit content mode!)
-    Slogan - change the slogan
-    Welcome text - is originally placed on Home -Main page of your site. Type your Welcome text.
Pages content
Admin Panel-> Advanced content editing-> Content-> Pages Content

Contain all of the blocks and infoboxes that might be found or added to any of the site pages.
We would recommend changing the content-texts in Edit content mode.
Here you may change
-    Google Map - Enter the address of your office, company location.
-    Google Video - You may add the  new video code from Google Video
-    MP3 player - You may add your own composition or other media files that you want to be played on the site
-    Pages texts - You may add the specific pages texts or just Edit the current ones (in Edit content mode page by page)
-    Pay Pal product list - Add the products and details here
-    Photo Gallery - you may add your own images if you plan to use this feature
-    Product List - Regular product/services list, that does not contain Payment buttons
-    RSS Feed - You may add the codes for the News feeds if you want to use them on your site
-    Site News - Edit the current news or add more, usually they are displayed on the Main-Home page and the special page for News
-    Site Partner’s - Edit the list of partners or the Useful links (they are usually displayed on Partner’s page but may be placed on any other page if you prefer )
-    Site Polls - Modify the default question and edit or add your answers for the poll.
-    Stored Video- Your video that does not have any of the labels. Usually uploaded via FTP
-    Testimonials - A regular testimonials box, may be edited or modified for other purposes than client’s opinion
-    Work Team - The list of leaders of your company. Upload the images, edit the details and the names (Usually displayed on Our Team page)
-    Yahoo Video - you may add the codes of the videos from Yahoo Video
-    YouTube Video- you may add the codes of the videos from YouTube and display them on your site
2. Pages
Admin Panel-> Advanced content editing-> Pages-> Work with Pages
Contain the list of all of the pages that you have on the site either linked through the buttons or not displayed on the site yet.
The other way to get the list of all the pages is Admin Panel->Edit page layout->Go to page-> See the pages
3. Settings
System Options
Admin Panel-> Advanced content editing->Settings-> System Options
-    Images presents - shows the list of the page Headers or other headers on the sites and their settings (better to change the settings in Edit content mode!)
-    Languages- currently have only one default language
-    Mail management - this menu is active only if you are a Member. You may create, add or modify the email addresses connected to your domain name
-    Project fonts - contains the list of the fonts used throughout the site. you may upload your specific font but mind that not all of the fonts are displayed correct in different browsers.
-    Site configuration - Allows you to change the Site name, Default HTML page title, Meta page description, Default Meta page Key words or the scripts for Tracking Systems, like Google Analytics
-    User Access - Configure user access and manage the access details if you have password protected areas or pages on the site
Infoboxes Preferences - is purely Admin’s and webmasters section
4. Support Site tickets
Admin Panel-> Advanced content editing->Support-> Site tickets
Gives you the list of all of the tickets submitted or allows you to create a new ticket with the request for the webmasters. Here you may see the button for Live Help chat as well.

Q: What is Edit content button for?
The Edit content button switches you to the Edit mode. All of the editable elements have the dashed highlighted frame around them if you hover your mouse over them.  Double click on any of the content boxes or site elements will take you to the Editing frame for each particular element. You may edit the content, including the images, add new elements or delete some of them. Please, note, that deleting the elements or parts of the content in Edit content mode will result in getting your content permanently erased from the page and the internal system of your website.  If you want to remove some of the elements from a particular page, please, make sure that you perform this in Edit page layout mode.
Q: What is Edit page layout button for?
Edit page layout tab- is used for managing page layouts, creating new pages or changing their properties and adding new blocks to the pages. You may delete any of the blocks that are placed on each particular page. In this case you save the content but just delete it from this particular page. All of the information deleted in Edit page layout mode can be found in the system later if you wish.
Q: When I try to Add New Element there is Infobox element access. If I set up access for some of the users where will this information be saved?

95% of all the content is saved in the database of your site and if you set up Infobox element access, this element won’t be displayed for non- registered users. Only logged in users will be able to see this element on the site.

Q: How much does domain registration cost for Turnkey 1.0 subscribers?

Site2you.com doesn’t charge our Turnkey 1.0 subscribers any additional fee for using a domain name. Having subscribed to our Turnkey 1.0 all inclusive service package you can choose a domain name and use it absolutely free for as long as your Turnkey 1.0 subscription lasts.

Q: How should I pay for your services?
In order to pay for our services or purchase Turnkey 2.0 templates you may use the following payment systems:
 
PayPal - one of the most secure electronic payment systems available.
 
Google Checkout is an online payment processing service provided by Google, aimed at simplifying the process of paying for online purchases. Users store their credit or debit card and shipping information in their Google Account, so that they can purchase at participating stores by clicking an on-screen button. Google Checkout provides fraud protection and a unified page for tracking purchases and their status. Most widely spread credit cards supported: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
 
Once your payment is made your order may go through the internal verification. The verification usually takes from 20 minutes to several hours to process. After the order is confirmed and processed, we will deliver your Turnkey 2.0 or Turnkey Facebook template in accordance to the order delivery terms or start a set up process for your Turnkey 1.0 website.
Q: What if I do not like your Turnkey 1.0 services?

We do our best to make a process of working with a website an enjoyable experience for every Turnkey 1.0 subscriber. However, in case a customer is not satisfied with our services within the first 30-day period, we will return the money charged earlier.


We recommend canceling the subscription prior to the billing date to avoid unnecessary charges and additional issues associated with this.


If you cancel the subscription and want to keep the domain name, redirect or transfer it to your registrar, make sure to arrange such a procedure prior to the cancellation.


We may not guarantee your domain name availability after you cancel your Turnkey 1.0 subscription with us.

Q: What is internal verification and why does it take so long?

The overwhelming majority of our customers are genuinely honest. However, there are cases of unauthorized credit card usage. Therefore, all of our orders are subject to a manual anti-fraud check. This verification procedure is aimed at enabling secure shopping for all of our customers. The usual order confirmation procedure will last no more than 15 minutes and does involve phone verification. Hence, every customer is required to provide a contact phone number for verification purposes. Also, under some circumstances, the billing representative does have the right to postpone an order until further verification is received.

Q: Will I be charged once?

Turnkey 1.0 is a service with the monthly payments. Having subscribed for our services you will be charged just once for the website setup (in case there is one) and subsequent monthly payments automatically. Our regular customers get charged once a month. Once the Turnkey 1.0 subscription expires or cancelled, we stop charging the customer.


You purchase Turnkey 2.0 instantly without any contract or subscription fees. You may or may not extend your Turnkey CMS license after the first 12-month period, when the initial license expires.


All of our Turnkey Facebook templates are priced as marked and cover at least 1 year of hosting. You may or may not extend the license and the hosting for the second and any subsequent year.

Q: Do all websites cost the same?

We have three different products:

Q: How easy is it to edit the site?

We offer the best and the most convenient website editor. Every piece of text, image or a page of your website can be easily added, edited or deleted. You can try a live demo of our editor just by clicking “Login to Admin Interface” button. Besides, there are also video tutorials on how to work with the editor available in the “Support” section.

Q: What are the differences between websites of different types?

We have three types of templates:


- Turnkey 1.0 all inclusive packages;


- Turnkey 2.0 independent websites;


- Turmkey Facebook templates.


Turnkey 1.0 subscription allows you to get everything in one place. We provide you with the domain, emails, hosting, editing tools, webmaster assistance and the design, that can be changed later. You have your website for as long as your subscription lasts.


Turnkey 2.0 websites do not require subscription. You are not tied to our services. You install and host a website on your server and get a domain name for it. We provide you with the access to the CMS (content management system) for at least a 12-month period. You posses sole ownership of your website.


Turnkey Facebook templates are specially developed template to help you build an interactive and professional fan page on Facebook. We provide hosting and the editing tools for at least a 12-month period for a flat fee. It is an affordable start for a small company or a successful progress for a larger business.

Q: Do I have to use your subdomain myname.site2you.com?
You can use any domain you like for your Turnkey website.
We provide a subdomain so you can build your site without worrying about whether people are seeing unfinished work. Your trial website with a temporary domain is created for you as a draft, to allow you to test your skills and tweak your websites look and feel. Once you have a domain, all traffic/visitors will come to your new web child.
Q: If I cancel the services but want to keep my domain name?
If you cancel the service but want to keep the domain name registered for you, please, submit the request with the webmaster. The domain name registrar’s access details are given to you and we point your domain name to any other servers within the webmaster support hours.  You should have at least two hours of webmaster support available for us to perform the domain name transfer.
 
Canceling your subscription for Turnkey services you may request the domain name transfer. If you do not take your domain name we do not guarantee its availability upon the expiration date
 
Q: May I use my domain name?

If you have registered a domain name before subscribing to our services you can use this domain name for the web site you create with us. To do this you should change your domain name IP address to 69.65.10.172 and change the MX record to mail.eturnkeys.com. You can make these changes in the control panel of your domain name registrar. After this you should send a ticket to our Support Team to complete the process of pointing the domain to your Site2You website.

Q: What domain names do you register?
We will be glad to register any domain name for your website except the local ones that does not belong to the US. You may choose from .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz, .us

You do not have to do anything specific to register your domain name for your Turnkey website. Once you pay for the services , you receive a site set up details request. Just fill in the form and submit it. The webmaster will register the domain name for you in minutes.

Q: When and how do I register a domain name through you and do I own the name or do you?
The domain name registration is one of the services we offer within any of our Packages.

Your site is on line from the day one and you may work on your trial and test the tools and the system itself. It goes under a temporary URL which you change to your domain name once you switch to the paid mode.

When your payment goes through you receive a site set up details request from your webmaster.
In it you mention the desired domain name and the email address that you want to create alongside. We will register the domain name if it is available and create the email addresses for your business website.

The domain name registrar’s access details are given to you per your request. You own your domain name and in case you want to quit your Turnkey website and keep the domain name we will transfer it to any other servers within the webmaster support hours.  You might have at least two hours of webmaster support available for us to perform the domain name transfer.

Q: Are there any restrictions on what I can edit on the site?

The basic website elements such as header, color scheme cannot be edited through administration panel. But if you need to make some changes, you may order customization services. It takes our web developers only three hours to customize header and change a color scheme. Thus, due to the services provided by our company, your website can be modified beyond recognition according to your project needs and preferences.

Q: How do we make changes to the website template after we go live?
You can make your site live any moment and the advantage of our services is that you may use our tools all the time and change or update the content on your site, like adding the news from time to time is not a problem and you do not have to pay the programmer to do it for you every time when you make some slight changes to your site.

The editing tools are the part of the platform which is based on our server. That is why we recommend you to use our hosting in order to take a control over the look and the actual content of your site all the time.
Q: How to put under construction banner?
To put an “Under construction” banner, please, follow the way. Log in to your Admin Panel. Go to Preferences-> Admin Panel set up. Check “Is site under construction?” - “Yes”
Q: I am not done editing my website and I am interested in the Package but I do not want to go live with the website like that.
Subscribing to the Package gives you an opportunity to use all of the services promoted for your particular Package. You may use an “Under construction” banner to hide your website from the clients and start using your emails meanwhile. You will be able to access your site and keep working on it under a temporary URL and you will get more webmaster support hours to complete the design and functionality of your website.
Q: I do not want to go live yet. May I not fill in the Site set up details request until I am ready to go with this new project?
You are the one who makes the decisions for your website. Take your time, complete your website, wait for the Promotion company to start or just for the right moment, we do not mind. Your site will always be accessible from your temporary URL and will go live as soon as you want it.
Q: If I give you specific instructions about what I want to change, will your team make those changes as a part of the 2 day setup process?

Due to the special offer we have at the moment you may have your template converted and customized for you (Background , Color Scheme, The Header and other changes) for free as well as your personal site set up. You are welcome to send the list of the changes for our webmasters to work on them.

Q: Is there an option to edit HTML files myself?

You do not have an access to actual site scripts but you can edit almost everything using your Admin panel. Once you signed up for the package, your template/site will go through so called set up customization which implies all the possible changes made in HTML or Flash (if your template has a Flash Header). So you won’t have to worry about editing it yourself.

 

Due to the current special offer this customization is absolutely free and you are getting you site ready to start. You add your content, your images and contacts or ask our webmasters to do it for you and only when you site is ready and approved as done your monthly subscription begins. On the top of all the changes already made for the set up you will have those three hours of support.

Q: How do I create folders for Sent,Junk, Drafts etc for my webmail box?
To change the setting for your email account and create new folders, please, follow the steps below

Log in to your webmail interface
Use        yourdomainname/webmail
Login        Name part of your email address
Password    (your password)

Click on the Personal settings button on the right top corner.
You will see three Tabs Preferences-Folders-Identifiers

Please, go to Folders first and create all the necessary folders Sent, Drafts , Junk, Trash
Afterwards, please, go to Preferences and on the right side of the panel ,make sure that all the folders correspond to their functionality

Also here you will be able to change the preferences for your webmail.

Do not forget to hit "Save” button when you are done editing (on the left corner on the bottom of the page)

Go back to your webmail interface to check if all the changes have been applied. Button "E-mail" on the right top corner.

Q: How do I get to my email boxes? How do I change my email access details or create a new email box for my site?

Please, open your site and Log in to your Admin Panel
•    Go to the last Menu tab on the right of the Admin panel “Preferences”
•    In the drop down Menu you hit “Manage e-mail boxes”
•    You will have a dialogue window opened “E-mail boxes management”
•    There you will see the table with your email addresses.

 

Right from it you can see Options : Edit, View webmail, Delete E-mail box.

-    Hit Edit e-mail box in front of your e-mail address
-    Now you can see another dialogue window which consists of your
Username
Password
Infobox element access (This way you can change the login and password for security reasons or change the Option “Infobox element access”)
To check your email, please, enter in your browser yourdomainname/webmail
Use you login and password to get access to the email box content.

Q: How to redirect my emails?
To have all or some of your website emails forwarded to your alternative email address, please, follow the way.  Log in to your Admin Panel. Go to preferences-> Manage e-mail boxes. Scroll down within “E-mail boxes management” frame.

Click on the button “Add e-mail forward”, enter your current email address and the one to have all of the queries to be forwarded to.  Finish by clicking on “Add forward” button.

Q: Can I edit text in textboxes, reduce the amount of space between the heading (title) and the text in a text box? Can I change the size of the font used for the headings (title)?

Yes, you can change the text in the textboxes through the “Edit content” section by yourself and if you need to change the font/size of the headings, please, follow the way Admin Panel-> Edit content->Double click on the Heading-> Show image settings-> Edit -> Select the options for the Heading-> Save changes

Please, note, if you save them as “Save current” the changes will be applied to all of the site headings respectively. If you click on “Create a new” preset, you will change the current heading only.You may always submit a ticket through the Admin panel and your webmaster will do it for you if you experience difficulties or do not want to mess up the look of the site.
Q: Can I use my custom Fonts in your template?

Yes, send your Fonts to your webmaster and he will apply them for you.

Q: How do I change the font color of "Company Name"?

If you want to change the color of the Company Name font, you should go to Advanced Editing Content-> System Options -> Image Presets -> Company Name. Then choose any color you want and save the changes. After that go to Edit content and save the Company Name again.

Q: How do I change the font of the company name or any other titles on the website?
Each of the templates has a certain number of Fonts available. You may check the list if you follow the way
Admin Panel-> Advanced Content Editing

Q: How to change the color and the font of the company name?
To change the color or the font of the Company Name, please, follow the way
Admin Panel-> Edit content-> Double click on the Company name to get to the Editing frame

In the frame “Company name :: Edit element” select “Show image settings”-> Image preset-> Edit-> Change the Parameters-> Submit

You will be asked if you want to create a new preset or to save the current one. Please, save the current one and it will apply on the company Name infobox only.

Q: Can I get a template and edit it with your tools and then transfer the site to another hosting company that I have used before?
Turnkey Product is the Package of services that go all together to help you create, set up and maintain your website.  We do not rent the tools neither provide the customization service only but the entire Package. Our editing tools are based on the platform/server and once the website is moved to another hosting server you won’t have a back end any more.  Now you will need to use special software or the programmer’s help in order to apply the least update on your website.

You may quit using our services at any moment and buy out your HTML files with all of the changes applied to them but with no scripts working. If you want to get your website files prior to the 8-month term of subscription, it will cost you $299.

Getting your website transferred after the 8th month is free of charge for our clients.
Q: Can I use my own hosting?
In order to use our editing tools we require hosting your website with us, since the editing tools/Admin Panel is based on the server not inside of your website.  Without the Back-end it won’t be a Turnkey Product anymore and you will need to use special software or professional help for further maintenance. Also, our hosting is unlimited that gives you freedom to apply as many files as you want, video and media, as well as create numerous pages and email addresses. We give you a Turnkey Solution not just some kind of services or the template as is.
Q: May I use my own host/ISP?

Unfortunately, you cannot use your hosting. Due to the specific of our offer you should point your site to our hosting as it is one of the requirements of using the Admin panel.

Q: Can I get a separate individual image for the header on each of the pages or at least the main tabs?
Yes, you may have a different image for each individual page.  

Please, let the webmaster know your intentions and he will show you how to perform it or will do it for you if it is not possible to perform from the Admin Panel. For some of the templates it might take 30 minutes to complete this task.

Please, make sure to get a quote from your webmaster prior to the request.
Q: Can I get an image rotator on one of the pages and how much it will cost me?
Image rotator is one of the Package features and may be added for you by the webmaster. It is free of charge for our clients. Please, submit your request and specify where you want the image rotator to be placed. The webmaster will arrange it for you and you will be able to add/change the images within your Admin Panel.
Q: Can I replace the stuff you have in the header with a single jpeg image with a black background that will fit in that space?

Yes, we can replace it with any other image you want. Just submit a ticket via your Admin panel with detailed description of changes required and attach your image.

Q: How easy is it to change the images on the template?

There are 2 types of the images on the templates:
a) images of content - they can be easily changed either by browsing from our ftp or uploaded from your own source; (watch our video tutorial : http://www.Site2you.Com/help/12/How-to-insert-an-image-to-page-content.html )
b) images that are elements of site design. Our Webmasters can exchange them easily for you. If you want to change some backgrounds, color schemes, head picture, please send us the following request.

Q: How to make text wrap around the image?
To make your text wrap the image inserted in one of the text blocks, please, follow the way

1. Admin Panel->Edit content

2. Double click on the text block where the image is inserted

3. Get to the Editing frame

4. Right click on the image -> Select Properties

5. In the new frame please, configure
Properties->Image-> Alignment then Properties->Image-> Spacing->Horizontal (usually 5-10)
Properties->Common-> “Float” should be the same as “Alignment”-> “Text-align”-to the opposite side

6. Click “ok” on the bottom of the frame to save the changes

7. “Save and close” the main editing frame
Q: Is there access to any images with this package for the main header? Or do we source a suitable image ourselves?

We have the source where you will be able to choose any picture you want from the licensed images. Once you subscribe to our package you will get a free set up for your site that will include all changes for the header if necessary and the color scheme of the site as well as some personal requests if there are any. Our webmasters will be working on the changes and sending you screenshots until you approve it as done

Q: When I upload images, what is the best format to ensure that the resolution is clear? I have uploaded some images onto the site, but they appeared fuzzy when I adjusted their size.

The JPG files are the best way for Internet, however you need to make sure that the uploaded images have the proper size. When you scale the image, it can lose its clearness.

Q: Which stock image service are you subscribed to? When I signed up, you said that if I needed to add or change images on the web site, you could download them from your stock image provider. If I know which provider you have, I can search for the images and give you their ID # to download.
You can browse http://www.fotolia.com, select any pictures you like and then let us know what needs to be downloaded.

Q: How to create a new Menu button?
To create a new Menu button, please, follow the way

Admin Panel-> Edit content-> Double click on the Menu->In the new window click on New Item->Fill in the form-> Add a new button to Menu

If you want it to be a submenu button, please, specify its location by Dragging and Dropping it under a Parent Menu button within “Edit content” window.

Q: How to switch Menu button from Main to Sub menu button?

To create a new Menu item, or change the properties of the existing one, please, perform the following actions:
1.    Log in to your Admin panel
2.    Choose "Advanced Content Editing" tab
3.    Choose “Static Content”->”Site Menu”
4.    To switch the Main button to Submenu button, please, hit the button you want to change and in the opened window change the option “Item Level” (Main Menu or Sub Menu)
5.    To add a new button, please, use the “Plus” sign on the right from “Site Menu”
Or Click on any of the existing buttons and on the very top of a new window opened,
hit “+ Element”
6.    You fill out the fields
-    Menu item name
-    Where to display current item? (all site Menu default)
-    Menu item options
-    Page to link menu item
-    Display on site?
-    Item position
-    Item level (Main Menu or Sub Menu)
-    Parent menu item (for Sub Menu buttons only)
-    Infobox element access (Infobox has no private access option)

6.    Press “Save element

Q: When I click on Menu button it takes me to Edit Menu window. Why does not it take me to the content of the page?

The reason why you are not taken to the page is that you might not have that button linked to any page or you do not have a page for that button at all.
Please, perform the following actions to check if there is a page for your button.
-    Admin Panel
-    Edit Content mode
-    Click on the Menu area to get the new dialogue window opened
-    You can see the list of buttons
-    Choose a menu item and lick on the right “Arrow” button
-    In drop down menu choose “Properties”
-    Check “Page to link menu item” and choose the page to link the button to

 

If there is no page with identical name, you will have to create a new page.
Please, read the information below first and then decide which way to choose
Since you already have a Menu button, we might create a new page and link it to the button in the following way
•    Log in into your Admin Panel
•    Go to Advanced Content Editing -> Pages-> Work with Pages-> Add a New Page
•    Fill out all the fields to finish the Page creation


Page site URL (internal link to the page, usually just the name of the page)
Page name
Html page title (the name seen in the browser when this page is opened)
Select page template : 2,3 columns, index(will have the exact structure as your Home page),subpage(1 splash column)
Does a page have it´s own Meta tags? (you may skip it for now)
Is this page a "Read more" page?
Link this page to the following menu button (choose the existing button or create a new one)

 

If you do not have Menu Item yet, to create a new page you should perform the following actions

Yes, you can add this text easily as any other content of the site with the help of Edit tab. Also if you like our services and want to put a link to our site in the page bottom, we will appreciate it.

Q: Does your system allow having password protected areas on the site?
Yes, you may create password protected areas and specify what pages should be hidden for not logged in users.  The Log in form and Registration form are created and applied on your website by the webmaster, so, please, submit a ticket and give the names of the pages that should be hidden.  

You will manage all of the accounts and group of the accounts straight from your Admin Panel.
Q: How do I resize the logo?
All of the templates have predesigned logo area (or do not have it at all) and at times the size of it does not allow you to show your custom logo or the company name image properly. For the better result we would recommend sending your logo in its original format and size to the webmaster alongside with the detailed instructions regarding the exact place for your logo on the website.  

You may try to resize your logo from your Admin Panel. Please, follow the way

Admin Panel-> Advanced content editing -> Content->Static content-> Site logotype -> Logotype settings. Change the default size settings and upload your logo again to see the effect.
Q: How do I share my website with social networks like Myspace, Twitter, Facebook etc ?
You may add an icon for any of the Social networks and link it manually or use one of the sites that help you generate the code for each particular social Network, e.g. http://www.addthis.com/bookmark.php

You may add this code within the text area of your site or ask the webmaster to add it in the specific place on your website to be displayed on all of the pages.

Our templates are optimized to the minimal resolution standard of 1024x800 but we can change it for you if you need.

Q: Can there be a small alteration to the index page layout?
Each of the templates has a certain set of the layouts that you may choose from. If you do not find the right layout for your pages you may always request to create a new one that suits your needs. The webmaster will do it for you.
Q: How to change the HTML name for the page (the way it is shown in the browser when you open it)?

If you want to change the HTML name for any of the pages, please, follow this way
a)    Log in into admin panel
b)    Choose "Advanced Content Editing" tab
c)    Choose “Pages”->”Work with Pages” (on the left)
d)    Choose any Page you want to work with
e)    In the new dialogue window opened , please, select the options/properties for your Page
-    Page site URL (usually automatic, when you create a new Page)
-    Page name
-    HTML page title (here you can put any name you want to be displayed in the browser every time when you open this page)
Also you may set up Meta tags for your page, create a “Read more” page, Link or choose not to Link the Page to the particular Menu button.

Q: How to create a new Read More page and change the layout for it ?
To create a new Read more page, please follow the steps below:
1. Admin Panel->Advanced content editing -> Pages-> Work with Pages-> Add a new page
2. Please, name your page. Insert the same name in the first three lines for
Page site URL (the way it is displayed in the address line of your browser)
Page name (the name for the internal uses only, to find this page among the others on your site)
Html page title (the text that goes on the very top of your browser and is seen to the customers)
3. Select page template (usually it is one-splash-column page but you may choose a different layout from the drop-down list)
4. Does a page have its own Meta tags and scripts? - Skip it for now
5. Check “ Is this page a "Read more" page?” - Yes
6. Read more order number --- If you give a unique name to this page, e.g. “MyOwnReadMore”  then you just put any order number. If you call the page simply Read More, then you should numerate it.
Your template has only one Read More page as a default. It is called Read More 1
7. Do not change settings for Infobox element access
8. Save the changes by pressing “Add a new page wizard”

Now, let’s link this new Read more page to the particular infobox

Please, follow the steps:
1. Admin Panel-> Edit page layout->Go to page (select the page that contain the wanted Infobox with Read More button)
2. On the top of the infobox there is a blue bar with the internal name of the block and two icons on the right end of it. One icon is for “Delete” and the other is for “Configure current infobox”
3. Please, hit “Configure current infobox” and get the new window opened
4. Below the list of texts you will see “Has Read More page?” --- Select a proper Read More page from the drop-down list.
5. Read more page template will always show default, so just click on “Save element” and observe the changes

1. Make sure that the current infobox has a Read More area/button

To change the title of the page, please, open the page in Edit Page Layout mode, click Page Properties, edit HTML page title and press the Save button. You can also edit titles of other pages.

All website editing is made through a licensed and user-friendly Admin Panel. However, for easier large files uploading each Turnkey 1.0 and Turnkey Facebook customer gets an FTP access to the “public_ftp” folder. All files that have been uploaded into this folder will be available in the content editor. You will be able to link these files from different texts etc. We do not provide you with FTP access to the website’s source code because there is simply no need for that.

 
All of our Turnkey 2.0 clients access their FTP from their hosting accounts at any time.
Q: What are the additional features I get for my turnkey site?

If you wish to cancel the service and get your website HTML sources before your subscription is 8-month or older, you will have to pay $299 cancellation fee for that.
