Q: Do I have FTP access to my site?

All website editing is made through a licensed and user-friendly Admin Panel. However, for easier large files uploading each Turnkey 1.0 and Turnkey Facebook customer gets an FTP access to the “public_ftp” folder. All files that have been uploaded into this folder will be available in the content editor. You will be able to link these files from different texts etc. We do not provide you with FTP access to the website’s source code because there is simply no need for that.

 
All of our Turnkey 2.0 clients access their FTP from their hosting accounts at any time.
Q: What are the additional features I get for my turnkey site?

On the top of the design and pre-built website template, CMS, editing tools and the services you get,  you are welcome to use our additional features such as stock images, ready to use website texts, various forms and map option, SEO key word and Meta Tag option, password-protected areas, blogs, video and media embed. On the top of that are recently released MP3 player, Pay Pal widgets, shopping cart, photo gallery etc.

Q: What do your services include?

We offer a wide range of services along with the Turnkey template. Some of the services may be included in the package, some of them can be ordered separately. The list of the webmasters services includes but not limited to

-          installation and set up of the website,

-          any operation with the domain name (IP point, redirect, subdomain, add the 2nd domain, transfer etc.),

-          help with the emails and Contact forms,

-          help with the fixes, glitches or possible errors,

-          website customization including unique programming or coding.

Q: What if I want to cancel my Turnkey 1.0 subscription? Is there any cancelation fee if I want to remain/transfer my site?
There are no obligations, membership or contracts. You are with us until you want to have your Turnkey 1.0  site. You may cancel our services and your website at any moment. The only question is whether you want to have your site or you want to cancel the entire idea.
If you wish to cancel the service and get your website HTML sources before your subscription is 8-month or older, you will have to pay $299 cancellation fee for that.
For our 8-month+ subscribers the source HTML files are provided free of charge.
Q: Will I be provided with the original source code for these templates?

Turnkey 1.0

Turnkey 1.0 websites are based on a complete and secure system specially designed and adjusted for people who want to get a professional website without any additional knowledge and programming skills. HTML, PHP code and other source files are not available. By unsubscribing from our services, you will get a static website with all scripts disabled.
