Bob Jackson

Bob Jackson has lived in Michigan the majority of his life. While attending high-school and college, he managed a family business in the area. Bob earned his juris doctor degree from the New York Law School in 1984. He continues to reside in Michigan, and has been in private practice for the last 24 years. Bob has vast legal experience, and is well respected in the legal community. A 1990 graduate of the University of Guelph in Canada, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bob Jackson earned his Juris Doctorate in 1995 from the Florida State University College of Law. Mr. Jackson s previous experiences include the Florida Office of the Attorney General , The Department of Finance, and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations, as well as working for a law firm specializing in social security disability work. He is admitted to practice all over the US. Mr. Jackson is a member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, the Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.



Sarah Green

Sarah Green has a passionate belief in the rights of individuals with legal problems, and has built her career around her commitment to preserve the right of individuals to get effective legal help. Sarah attended Newcomb College at Tulane University in New Orleans where she graduated with honors in Public Policy. She then attended the Texas School of Law, from which she graduated in 1985 with Board of Barrister honors. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1985, and to the US District Court in 1986. She has been an active leader among her peers both locally and nationally. She is currently serving her second term as Vice-President of the NACBA. She has served as President of the Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association in 1998-99. Sarah has lectured at seminars on Criminal law to other attorneys through her association with NACBA.



John Smith

John Smith has significant experience in matters pertaining to divorce, custody, child support, paternity, guardianship, adoption, domestic violence, real estate, wills and probate, immigration, insurance, health care. Mr. Smith was raised in Brooklyn, New York and received his Bachelor of Science degree from New York University. In 1993, John earned his J.D. Degree from Chicago University of Law where he graduated with distinction. After admission to the New York Bar, Mr. Smith began his career as a solo practitioner in the area of family law. Mr. Smith founded a Law Firm formerly known as the Law Offices of J. Smith. Mr. Smith remains the firm s senior litigator and for more than ten years he has litigated many complex general law matters, including move-away child custody hearings and complex financial asset trials.
