And I know quite well about homestead and startlogic and was going to report both of them as being not the best. However, maybe things are better now; I have also tried a few others, such as yahoo and zoovy, etc. The one I use is officelive; it may have a few bugs; however, I do seem to be able to get the help and cooperation I need and that was not the best case with the others. And the refund of your $ for a bad job or poor service is not quite as bad thru them. I do still have my acct. with microsoft. I feel that they do try to please and help as much as possible. I pray that things are looking up for the others. I prefer to see a business succeed than fell. Positive change and a good attitude is the best thing.
