Consultation
The permit process presents the opportunity to evaluate development strategies. Every site is unique, often times items are missed in the plan review process. Not in any way due incompetancy in part of the reviewer but because of the time they are alloted to complete the task. If they were to expected to catch everything, the permit costs would be astronomical. This is were we come in! We explore and look for those possible items ahead of time in order to reduce them. We present them to you, the City and Engineer in order to minimize costs for additional change orders, material, labor and delays.
Deconstruction
From small wood structures to large steel buildings. At one time or another we have do it!
Erosion Control
We do not just place it, we maintain it for the duration of the project or until the Inspector deems it appropriate for removal. We cut costs here by offering alternate less expensive ways to fulfill the Inspectors concerns and requirements.
Excavation
For the last two decades DIRT PROS LLC has earned a reputation for excavation specialists. We are very experienced and we use this experience to our customers advantage. Presicion is key!!
Grading
At this stage we invite the next trade to visit the site in order to go over the final product, making their scope more efficient. We accomplish this by being flexible and eliminating guess work. Like everything else we do, when we say it is ready. It is ready! Last minute chages due to miscommunication cause delays which cost more money.
Side Sewer
From gravity to pressurized systems we are very capable in this area. We pull all necessary permits and take full responsability for inspections.
Site Clearing
From trees, heavy foliage, overgrown vegitation, structures, abandoned utilities, vehicles, whatever it may be. We will clear the site, recycle and or dispose of all items in an appropriate manner and prep your site for development.
Storm Systems
Big or small 60" diameter and beyond, coated or not to multiple branches with different size manholes and discharge chambers. We can place any engineered combination. As with side sewer we pull all permits and take full responsability for inspections.
Underground Utilities
This scope covers everything from gas, electrical and data conduits to water, fire lines and fire hydrants.
