Do I have FTP access to my site?
All website editing is made through a licensed and user-friendly admin panel. However for easier large files uploading each customer gets an FTP access to the “public_ftp” folder. All files that have been uploaded into this folder will be available in content editor, you will be able to link these files from different texts etc. We do not provide you with FTP access to the website’s source code because there is simply no need for that.
Will I be provided with the original source code for these templates?
Not yet. Our system is a complete but yet closed secure solution for people who want to get a professional website without any additional knowledge and programming skills. HTML, PHP code and other source files are not available. By unsubscribing from our services, you will get a static website with all scripts disabled.
In the near future we plan to release a platform for website turnkeys developers.
What if I want to cancel my subscription? Is there any cancelation fee if I want to remain/transfer my site?
There are no obligations, membership or contracts. You are with us until you want to have your Turnkey site. You may cancel at any moment you want and the only question is whether you want to have your site or you want to cancel the entire idea.
If you wish to cancel the service and get your website sources before 8 months after sign up - you will have to pay $299 cancellation fee for that.
Canceling the service after 8 months does not have any additional fees involved.
What do 3 hours of free staff work include?
3 hours are enough to complete all actions that are necessary for your website’s support and updates. During this time we can also create several web pages, change your company news, choose appropriate images for your content, etc. It’s important to mention that we only offer the free work of a web master’s which does not include the programmer’s or designer’s work. These services should be ordered separately.
