  • Q: My webmaster time balance is negative. I am on a trial and the webmaster can not proceed with the task. What should I do to get more hours?

    You may subscribe to one of our Packages and get additional hours of webmaster support.

    Subscribing to the Packages does not mean that you should make your site live the very moment. You may not register/point your domain name to the server, until your are done editing your website. Your clients won’t see the unfinished result while you work under a temporary URL.
  • Q: What is ticket system about?

    Ticket system is one of our services. It’s a fast and reliable way to get in touch with our Technical Support Team and order website customization.   • Q: Where is the ticket system? How do I submit a request?

     If you have questions, need assistance or have personal requests regarding the editing process of your Turnkey site, just click on “Contact Webmaster” button and view your current requests or “Create a new ticket”. Once your ticket is answered by the webmaster we will send you the notification to your email address used for sign up.
