I have just launched this site. Hope it will become a real  part of the cyber world of watches. The content of this site will be focused on hilighting the news and events of the best watch manufactures.

    Super Quarz®

With the introduction of Super Quarz ®, BREITLING now provides movements ten times more accurate than standart quarz. The brand thereby asserts itself as a benchmark in the field of quarz.

    Featuring Breitling

From 1884 to the present day Breitling watches have retained a mixture of style and precision. The history of Breitling began in 1884, when the company was founded by Leon Breitling, continued by his son and grandson, who in 1934 invented a second return-to-zero pushpiece, making it possible to measure several successive short times, with an add function, using the first pushpiece, giving birth to the modern mechanical chronograph.

It remains Breitlings biggest selling instrument. Since the 1980's when the company was taken over by Ernest Schneider, Breitling has only increased in popularity among the new generation, fascinated by the adventurous image, the rugged oversized cases and complicated dials. Some of the best sellers are the Crosswind, Chronomat, Wings, and Navitimer to name but a few.

  London speeds up

Viewers of al-Jazeera are used to seeing Osama bin Laden on their television screens. But last week something extraordinary happened. Instead of the latest pronouncement from the terrorist mastermind, it was the nasal tone of London's Mayor that was the focus of attention.

For the first time in his long political career the newt-loving left-winger Ken Livingstone was finally on the world stage. At last he could truly claim to be heralding a global revolution. But this is no beginning of a socialist uprising. No, it is tackling traffic that has catapulted 'Red Ken' into the world's headlines.

Last week London switched on the congestion charge. Every major city in the world was watching and if it succeeds in London it will spread like wildfire, ending gridlock from Caracas to Cairo.
