Our basic package consists of the following services:

  • We will provide a web presence for your home in order that it is properly displayed to the Internet community around the world. We will post pictures of your home along with a property description outlining all the details on your home. We make it a priority to have our web site on most of the popular web search engines so that potential customers can find your home! We will keep your home on our web site for as long as you like or until it sells. Click

  • We will provide a professionally designed 3ft X 2ft double-sided "Home for Sale" sign to be erected on your property. We also will provide 5 "Open House" signs for you to use if you so choose.
  • On your sign will be a 1-800 number along with a box number that will allow the potential buyer to call in and listen to a full voice report on your home. At the end of the message, the caller is provided with the applicable contact information for the homeowner so that further contact can be made with the homeowner if so desired. This potentially eliminates any tire kickers and puts the more serious buyers in front of you.
  • We will run an ad in your local paper for 5 days along with the 1-800 number indicating a specific box number with a message and instructions regarding your home and contact information. This is an excellent way to screen buyers so that the more serious and interested parties will contact you directly.
  • We will also send out 250 CommissionFreeListing.com "Info Cards" to other homeowners in your community advising them of your home for sale. It is a
fact that sometimes your best seller is your own neighbour. This is a unique way to wave the for-sale-flag over your home.
  • We will supply you with Home sellers package containing all the necessary paperwork required to sell your home along with suggestions on how to host an open house and other common Do & Don’t of home selling.
  • We will also put together an attractive sellers package with information on your home. This information will display a colour portrait of your home on the front along with other pertinent information listing key features and full descriptors on your home. This can be handed out to potential buyers at an upcoming open house or to anyone else at your discretion.
  • We will also supply a guest book for people to sign when they visit your home. This will assist you in gathering potentially important information from your visitors. We will refer you to our legal department who will in turn provide the necessary counsel and instruction regarding the sale of your home. An additional fee would be incurred for this type of service. This is arranged between the client and their counsel.
  • We will also provide direction to your prospective buyer regarding mortgage information from our own mortgage specialists that offer competitive rates.
  • We will also try to answer all of your questions and give you some guidance regarding the marketing of your home. However, we are not agents but we do want to see you sell your home!
