IRO Market Services Group Monthy Plan

IRO Market Services Group provides Investor Relations communication solutions to public companies. Our programs have been designed with six key monthy IR tasks in mind: Investor telephone call handling, press release creation and distribution, capture and updating of shareholder information, review of individual shareholder trading activity, increase in institutional ownership and compliance.

Investor Telephone Call Handling: Using our SmartCall IR call handling system, we recieve, track and respond to every investor call. Your custom designed system includes your own unique toll free number, and a three line automated system to handle calls. Line one answers by company name, and offers basic company contact info, and then directs callers to dial "one, for latest company information, or two to be immediatly connected to an Investor Relations Professional." We will record your latest press releases or other information on line one, and line two will transfer the caller to an Investor Relations representative assigned specifically to your company. All calls are tracked and recorded, and any voice mails are saved as WAV files and archived for one year. Weekly call reports are sent to comapny management.

Press Release Creation: We will review and edit, or write up to four press releases per month. Our services includes consultation with management to create a quarterly PR schedule, and immediate response to press or public inquiries. We will arrange for distribution of your press releases for you through your preferred method.

Capture and reporting of shareholder information: We use sources such as ADP and the Depository Trust Corporation, as well as information from your transfer agent to create accurate and reliable shareholder lists. We can provide name, address, and number of shares held, as well as monthly lists of new, departing, and changed position shareholders. Phone number matching services are also available.

Review of Individual Shareholder Trading: We will review your DTC data to identify brokerage firms and clearing houses trading your stock, and can use this information to identify and track unusual trading activity. Reconcile your company treasury against the street each month to determine if you have an unpublished (naked) short position.

Institutional Ownership: We will consult with you to determine the steps needed to increase your company's exposure to institutional buyers. Starting with analyst coverage and research reports, then distribution of information to institutional decision makers, we'll work with you to attract long term holders to your stock.

Compliance: Its a new game, and the SEC's regulatory requirements and the Sarbane-Oxley act leave little room for error. We suscribe to SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley updates, and will keep your company informed as to how changes might affect your IR efforts.
