Customer Service Inquiries may be referenced using our toll-free 800#'s and will be listed on the back of your prescription drug card.  You will get an e-mail with an identification number within 3 business days of your online enrollment.  Your membership materials and your prescription drug card will be mailed to you within 10 business days.

     A pharmacist can be accessed through our member service team between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST Monday through Friday; and 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST on Saturdays.  

Our answering service with an on-call pharmacist is available outside regular business hours
