I spent over 30 years managing IT departments / projects / installations / implementations / support desks / etc. Due to the Fortune 500 company I was working for getting caught in the economy in 2008, my whole division was let go. I wanted you to know that from the first 'chat' I made with Lisa to the most recent with Paul and the first webmaster post through where we are at the moment, you and your staff have been nothing but courteous, prompt, responsive and intelligent in your communication. With my background I know the difficulty in supporting a software with users. I am also very keen on managing those who are on the front lines of dealing with the public.
