How to create a ticket
If you want to create a ticket, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in into admin panel
2. Open "Advanced Content Editing" tab
3. Go to "Site tickets"
4. In order to create a new ticket, click "Create a new ticket" button
5. Put your request into the form, choose a department you want to send this request to and click "Submit a ticket" button
6. Once your ticket will be replied, you should get a notification to your e-mail
7. If you're satisfied with a reply, you can just click "Approve ticket" button. In case you want to add or specify something, click "Not approved reply" button.
